02-18:Day Five,Love is Not Rude
Ask your spouse to tell you three things that cause him or her to be uncomfortable or irritated with you. You must do so without attacking them or justifying your behavior. This is from their perspective only.
02-19: Day Six, Love is Not Irritable
Choose today to react to touch circumstances in your marraige in loving ways instead of with irritation. Begin by making a list of areas where you need to add margin to your schedule. Then list any wrong motivations that you need to release from your life.
02-20: Day Seven, Love Believes the Best
Get two sheets of paper. On the first one, spend a few minutes writing out positive things about your spouse. Then do the same with negative things on the second sheet. Place both sheets in a secret place for another day. At some point during the day, pick a positive attribute from the first list and thank your spouse for having this characteristic.

Ok...no post for day three - so I'm putting mine here. Reading on, it really fits better for day four, but I didn't read that until after I'd done it.
ReplyDeleteI sent an email across the room (I know...sounds idiotic, but can be fun. We're in the same room - two different computers), just to let Lucian know I loved him. It really surprised him....pretty cool!
Wow - theses dares seem to be accelerating....and I'm getting left in the dust. I did procrasinate on #5 - couldn't quite bring myself to hear negatives about me...and now its time for #6 - a challenge for sure. I'll return with what I managed to do with #6...
